A flood of all consuming sensitivity,

that which lives between

the flower and the subtle smile

 

In my kitchen

how I choose to slice, dice and spice

the world, is the feast and famine

I set upon the table for friends to share

 

The expression of what I attract

is the discretionary thought

that is born and dies in my embrace
